Advertifie Terms of Use


Welcome to Advertifie (“Advertifie”). The Advertifie website is provided to you by Advertifie Inc. By accessing Advertifie, you agree to the provisions outlined in this legally binding Terms of Use (“TOU”) agreement. This policy is effective as of [Insert Date].

Using Advertifie

  1. SCOPE OF AGREEMENT
    The usage of Advertifie is bound by the TOU set by Advertifie Inc. Failure to comply with any of the stipulated terms in this agreement may result in the suspension or termination of your account, and in some instances, legal actions if required.
  2. OBJECT OF AGREEMENT, RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES
    1. The Advertifie website is an online platform where users can post and respond to ads. Users are solely responsible for the content they submit and any consequences arising from it.
    2. Advertifie Inc. is not involved in transactions or contracts between users and third parties. These are the sole responsibility of the users and the third party.
  3. USER INFORMATION AND REGISTRATION
    1. The usage of Advertifie is available to all. A user registers on Advertifie by filling out an online form, confirming the accuracy of the information provided. The account becomes active once registration is complete.
    2. Users can cancel their account at any time by contacting the Customer Support Team via the contact form. Advertifie reserves the right to a grace period of 14 days before termination.
    3. Ads on Advertifie can only be posted once confirmed or implemented by Advertifie via email or system process.
  4. ACCOUNTABILITY FOR AD CONTENT
    1. The user is fully responsible for the content of the ad placed. The information must be complete, true, and accurate. Duplicate ads and ads placed in incorrect categories are prohibited.
    2. Users must adhere to Advertifie's TOU when interacting with other users. Any form of misleading or prohibited content is not allowed, including content that violates laws, rights, or third-party rights.
  5. FEES AND PAYMENTS
    1. Using the Advertifie platform is free, but some features may incur charges for premium services or advertisements.
    2. Fees are due immediately and can be paid through the payment methods offered on the site. Advertifie reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.
  6. PREMIUM ACCOUNT
    1. Users can opt for a Premium Account, and the duration can be selected from different plans. Any remaining time on a deleted Premium Account is forfeited.
    2. For automatic renewals, the subscription will renew according to the original plan duration without carrying over promotional offers.
  7. USING ADVERTIFIE WALLET
    1. Funds in the Advertifie Wallet are non-refundable and may become inactive after 90 days of no activity. Inactive funds will expire after one year unless reactivated.
  8. DATA PROTECTION
    1. You have the right to access, modify, and delete your personal data. For full removal, please contact us here.
  9. LIABILITY LIMITATION
    1. Advertifie is not liable for any content posted by users or for any damages caused by third-party actions. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for services within the past 12 months.
  10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
    1. The legal relationship between Advertifie and the user is governed by the laws of the country where Advertifie operates.
